Specification Management

• The fkon specification management is fully integrated into the company’s purchasing, production and sales processes;
• It allows a company worldwide to define central master data, e.g. test methods or specifications, and to manage them centrally;
• The user can store any number of specifications for a product;
• These specifications are managed in the system, can be printed out or, if required, sent to customers or suppliers as PDF files;
• Customers or entire customer groups can be assigned to the individual specifications. In this way, the system stores that a particular customer has special quality requirements for a particular product;
• As part of the usage decision, the suitability of a batch is checked against all assigned specifications;
• This information is passed on in full to logistics. This means that it is then possible to carry out an availability check against the specifications during order entry or to automatically find suitable batches in the delivery.

fkon SAP LIMS

The fkon-SAP-LIMS is a Laboratory Information and Management System (LIMS System) especially developed for the process industry (food/chemical/pharmaceutical industry) and was designed to cover all requirements of a LIM system in a company and still be as user-friendly as possible.

The fkon-SAP-LIMS is realized within the SAP ERP Workbench without modifications and interfaces and is characterized by its great flexibility. Thus, it is possible to adapt the system quickly and cost-effectively to the special requirements of the respective customer.
